Challenging intense uncertainty

Challenging - intense - uncertainty

It’s a 4-week challenge that we have run 12 times so far

with astounding results. Seriously, I did not know what to anticipate, but people have been doing good to overcome these challenges, and that’s just blowing me down.

I eventually stopped procrastinating

I made further progress on a design in 4 weeks than in the time leading up to the challenge. They have started dealing with their creations after defying them for a long time. Stuck in habits like exercise and healthy eating for the first time? Created morning routines that set up their day for success. Farther lightness and lower judgment in creating their art and much further. I am not saying that everyone was "perfect" at getting the results they wanted.

But perfection was not the thing. They learned a lot about themselves

they worked with their sticking points, and they created some amazing goods. Why did it work so well? There are some goods we have put into the structure that set people up for success. Clarity In the first week of the challenge, we ask people to set a clear target for themselves for the challenge. This act alone is responsible for a ton of progress because most people are not setting clear targets for themselves in the most important areas of their lives.

It makes a huge difference if you choose what you are aiming for

Responsibility and logging: We've got people logging what they do each day, which gives some responsibility but also a way to see your progress and notice where you are getting rammed. Reflections We ask people to periodically reflect on the progress they're making, notice their sticking points, and draw assignments from their practice. This is the ultimate knowledge occasion.

Community Challenge members are part of a platoon of about 15–20 people where you can partake in progress and struggles.

get support, and encourage each other. Do not underestimate the power of the community in a challenge like this. Drills: We have created practice drills each week that help people get better at their sins, from facing fear and doubt to getting clear on their targets.

These have been proven to be largely effective

The challenge is 4 weeks, which is about how long people are suitable to concentrate on purposeful For numerous people, that kind of focus is a stretch, so you are expanding your capability. Others will say it’s too short, which is because they were not suitable to make the progress they were hoping for.

That’s OK—we hold a new challenge each month

so you can keep going! That’s the structure we have created, and it’s important. Agitated because we have been testing this in private for a time now, and it’s time to bring it out to a wider group of people who want to change habits and do something meaningful in the world.
