The same goes for learning music, a language, or making a meaningful difference in the world. It's hard to commit to long-term change if you don't see immediate results.
Rapid progress is very encouraging, but how can you find motivation if you don't see such rapid progress? Over time, you can lose weight and train to gain strength. You're ready to make some big long-term changes, like training for a marathon or starting a blog.
These things still don't seem easy to me. Let's take a look at some of the points I've put together to help you make long-term changes, even if you don't see immediate results. Mindset: It's important to celebrate when you're stuck in a fragile mindset that says, "If I don't see progress soon, I'll give up!" This leads to vulnerability and is fatal, but it's good to be alive when this happens.
Another flexible way of thinking can become a commodity. For example, if I'm inspired by what I want to create, I look at what I've created, and I like the effort I put in, so I commit to it for the long term. Stopping is part of the growth process, and all you need to do is start over.
You need to understand that that mindset requires practice. It’s not just deciding to come in with a new mindset; it happens live.
We remain stuck in our old ways of thinking, and celebrating this and practicing new greatness is a practice. However, how to encourage yourself, learn languages, and change people's hearts will not be available this week... And how will you find tonics?
If what you are trying
to achieve is improved health, we need to look for other immediate ways to find
a price to continue using stimulants in the long term. These are also some of
the methods I use.
